FAQ
Is my code safe?+
The bot does not store your code — it only builds the chart and records anonymised metadata (language, format, chat) for plan accounting. Only your group sees the code in the chat. If you use the website while signed in, your code is kept in history there — see the Privacy Policy.
What if the plan runs out?+
Anyone runs /topup and pays for a chat plan — it switches on for everyone instantly. A few days before the end the bot reminds the chat.
How many charts can we make?+
As many as studying needs: a chat plan only has a daily cap (50 renders for Group, 150 for Class) so one payment isn’t shared across a whole faculty. The same code in another format is free and outside the cap.
Who can render under the chat plan?+
Any chat member. An admin sets a per-person daily limit (/limit), and /stats shows who used what. Group is for a chat of up to 40 members, bigger ones need Class.
How do I give it the code?+
Forward a code file with the caption /render, or paste code after /render python, or reply /render to a message with code.
What if I need it solo, not for a group?+
DM the bot and link your rombik account — you’ll render under your own plan, no group at all. Same /render, just for you. And with a Student or Pro plan, your charts in a group chat run under it.
