Public Offer

1. Definitions

“Service” (rombik) — the website and related apps/API that turn source code or a text description into flowcharts and allow exporting them to various formats.

“Export” — receiving a clean (unwatermarked) file of the charts built from one code file supplied by the User. The same file in another available format (including as a structogram) does not count as another export. Code conversion and watermarked previews are free.

“Plan” — a paid period of access to the Service of a set duration (a month, a semester, etc.): “Student” — exports without a count limit within fair use and chart previews without the watermark; “Pro” — the same plus the chart editor, custom text settings, generation from a description and access via API, CLI and MCP; “Group” and “Class” — Telegram chat plans under which chat members get charts in the chat within the chat’s daily allowance. An account on the “Student” or “Pro” plan may be used on the site on no more than 3 (three) devices at the same time; signing in on another device ends the session on the device that has gone unused the longest. This limit does not apply to the CLI, API keys or the Telegram bot. Without payment the User gets the free number of exports per calendar month stated on the pricing page, and chart previews are provided with the watermark.

“Fair use” — the monthly export limit for the Student and Pro plans and the daily render allowance for chat plans, stated on the pricing page; it protects the Service from one plan being shared by many people and does not restrict normal study work.

“Acceptance” — the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by paying for services.

2. Subject

The Provider grants the User access to the Service features: flowchart generation, export to image and document formats, the Pro editor and the programmatic API — according to the chosen and paid volume.

The list of services, their volume and price are stated on the pricing page and in the User’s account.

3. Price and payment

Prices are set by the Provider in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and shown as such on the Ukrainian version of the site and in the account; on the English version they are shown in US dollars (USD) for reference. The Provider may change prices; already-paid services use the price at the moment of payment.

Prices displayed in US dollars (USD) on the English version of the site are indicative and shown exclusive of taxes. Any value-added tax (VAT) or sales tax applicable in the User’s country is calculated and added at checkout, and the currency actually charged may differ; the final amount payable is the one shown at the checkout step. Where a payment is processed by a merchant of record (payment provider acting as reseller), that provider may collect the applicable taxes.

Payment is made online by card via the “plata by mono” internet acquiring service (JSC Universal Bank, Monobank): Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card data is processed on the bank’s secure side; the Provider does not store card details.

For international payments, payment may be made through Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), acting as reseller and Merchant of Record: Paddle sells the digital services in its own name, accepts card payment, issues the invoice and receipt, and independently assesses, collects and remits applicable indirect taxes (VAT / sales tax) based on the User’s country. The final amount including tax is shown at Paddle’s checkout step. Card data is processed on Paddle’s secure side; the Provider does not store it.

Settlements for services are made exclusively online via banking services. The customer is provided with a payment receipt; cash registers (RRO/PRRO) are not applied pursuant to clause 14, article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Use of Payment Transaction Recorders in Trade, Public Catering and Services”.

A plan is activated automatically right after a successful payment and runs for the paid number of days. There is no automatic renewal (no recurring charge): the User pays for a new period themselves. If the same plan is already active, the new period is added after it ends. If Pro is paid for while Student is active, Pro starts immediately and the unused Student days continue after Pro ends.

Chat plans are paid for in the Telegram bot or with a voucher on the site; a voucher is activated in the chat with the /redeem command. The Group plan is meant for a chat of up to the number of members stated on the pricing page.

4. Refunds

Student, Group and Class plans: the User may request a refund for a plan payment that has NOT been used after payment — no export made (Student) or no render under the chat plan (Group and Class; for a voucher — also if it has not been redeemed). The refund covers the full amount of the payment; partial refunds for unused days are not provided. Refunds go back through the original payment method — see the Refund Policy for details.

For payments processed through Paddle, refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s policy and returned via the original payment method; a request may be submitted via the account or directly to Paddle using the receipt provided.

Pro: the Pro plan is a digital service provided immediately after payment with the User’s consent (the editor is available at once). By purchasing Pro, the User consents to the immediate start of the service and waives the right to withdraw from it. Pro payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, except where the Provider is technically unable to provide the service.

Refund requests are submitted via the account or the contact address in the “Details” section. Review takes up to 14 days.

5. Rights and obligations

The Provider undertakes to keep the Service operational and credit paid services. The Provider may perform maintenance with temporary downtime.

The User undertakes to provide accurate data, comply with the law and not abuse the Service (automated abuse, limit circumvention, etc.).

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for decisions the User makes based on generated charts.

The Provider’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for services during the last month.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy available on the site. By accepting the offer, the User agrees to its terms.

8. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform due to force majeure (including hostilities, power and communication outages, provider and payment-system failures).

9. Intellectual property

Proprietary rights to the Service (source code, design, the rombik trade name) belong to its author; the service under this agreement is provided by the Provider. The User receives a non-exclusive right to use the Service within the paid scope.

Flowcharts generated by the User and their exports belong to the User — they may be used freely, including for commercial and educational purposes.

The code the User uploads to the Service remains the User’s property. The Provider acquires no rights to it, does not use it to train models and does not share it with third parties; the code is processed solely to provide the service. Retention terms are described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes and governing law

This agreement is governed by the law of Ukraine. The parties resolve disputes through negotiation, and failing agreement — in court under the law of Ukraine.

11. Term and changes

The agreement is effective from acceptance until the parties fully perform their obligations. The Provider may change the offer by publishing a new version on the site; the version effective at the moment of payment applies.
